DUTIES: Under the supervision of the Personal Support Manager, the Lead Personal Support Staff is responsible for providing direct care supports and continuity for members served. The Lead Personal Support Staff will assist members with community involvement, and ideas that will promote community inclusion. The Lead Personal Support Staff will assist to ensure that the agency's Quality Assurance protocols are practiced in documentation review, assessments, and auditing.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

High School Diploma or GED, or experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred or comparable experience. 2-5 years of private duty, home health, or facility experience required. Ability to build rapport with members, employees, and all other benefactors. Computer skills required. Extensive organization and problem solving skills.
