We are currently seeking: Full-Time/Part-Time Direct Support Professionals in the Chester County Area. (Coatesville & Glenmoore)

INCLUDES:

• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 full time or $250 Part-time,
• $1000 referral bonuses,
• Paid training,
• Competitive wages from $16.50 to $23 per hour depending on education and experience.
• We also have hourly $ incentives due to the complexity of the client when applicable.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license for at least 6 months
• Must pass drug screening, TB, Physical and criminal background checks

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
• Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
• Effectively communicate with other team members and/or family members.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Many different shifts are available facility operates 24/7.
