• We are one of the largest social service agencies in PA with positions available throughout the State with over 100 homes and over 900 employees in our IDD Residential Program.

SCFF is currently seeking:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Specialists/DSPs in Berks County (Reading, Exeter, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Douglasville)
• Pay range of $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, education and the needs of the person served.
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 for full time and $250 for part-time employment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical and tuberculosis test.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene, cooking meals, laundry, and cleaning.
• Transport individuals to appointments and fun activities.
• Administer medications and log activity promptly.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities using an online system.
• Effectively communicate with other team members
