Under the supervision of the Director of SKF, the Assistant Lead Teacher is responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in implementing classroom activities providing a safe learning environment and maintain classroom routines. This individual must display a love for teaching and nurturing young children.

Experience Required

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood education or related Allied health field or 3+ years' work experience. Ability to work cooperatively with other staff, to communicate empathetically with parents and children, and to work independently.
