The Children's Home of Reading Youth & Family Services is searching for a Full Time Master's Level Clinical Therapist to join their team of professionals. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They will enjoy working in an office setting providing evidenced based therapies to a caseload of adolescent youth while in the residential treatment setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides weekly individual, family, and group counseling.
• Develops and implements treatment plans, conducts assessments, and writes reports as needed.
• Maintains client files in accordance with contractual and licensing requirements.
• Participates in treatment team meetings.
• Assists with client behaviors and unit operations as needed.

Education and Experience:.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• MSW or MA in Clinical or Counseling related area required.

Additional Requirements:

• Required to pass all state and federal clearances including pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening.
• Attend and successfully complete all required trainings.
• Resourceful with the ability to work with a team and independently.
• Basic competency in using Electronic Health Record Systems.
• Demonstrate proven organizational and effective prioritization skills.
